Step 1: Navigate to Your Profile
From the HelloScribe homepage, click on your username at the top right corner and then select 'Profile' from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Update Your Profile
Click on the current profile image (it's a placeholder if you haven't set one yet), then select 'Upload new picture'. Choose a clear, friendly image that best represents you. You can customize your username to something more personal or something that reflects your role. Locate the 'Name' field and type in your desired username. Click 'Save Changes' to update it.
Managing your Data
Download or Delete Your Data
HelloScribe provides you with the option to download all the content you've generated on the platform. Scroll to the 'Download Your Data' option and click on it. A JSON file with all your data will be downloaded to your device.
If you ever wish to remove all your data from our servers, you can do so. Please note this action is irreversible. Scroll down to the 'Delete All Your Data' section and click on 'Delete'. A confirmation dialog will appear to make sure you truly want to proceed. After confirming, all your data will be removed from our servers.
